I know I should have all the answers by now (hah hah), but I struggle with after dinner eating. Part of the problem is that I know I'm not hungry and I get the munchies, another part of it (perhaps the cause) is boredom, inactivity etc. I don't know. All I know is that I need to stop it. I have decided to allow myself 3 suppers a week and see how I go with that. So I've had my three suppers already this week (working week), so tonight and Friday are supper free. I should be able to do that! I'll see how I go with losing a couple more kilos when I do that.
It's the anniversary of WW at Work on Monday, and I'm going to be chatting to people about how realistic it is, and how do-able it all is too. I am happy to do this, because I know it works! Well, if you follow the program...
