Thought I'd let you know about something that I really think has made all the difference to me in this adventure. Before I joined WW, dinner was whatever I could be bothered cooking on a given night. This was usually a pantry pull-together of a fairly random sort, or take away when I was feeling very lazy.
What I do now is this: On weigh in day, I sit down at lunchtime and write the menu for the week - breakfast, lunch and dinner. I started off getting ideas from the WW menus. I then write my shopping list and Tuesday also is now shopping day. I make three shopping lists actually - supermarket, grocer and butcher. I firmly believe that a good relationship with your butcher is essential! Being organised with food has made a huge difference in my life - and in my husband's. We very rarely eat take away food now - and when we do, it's all about making good choices.

I do this too! It's the only way for me to be organised and to stay on track. If I don't write the menu each week then I'll spend ages standing in front of the fridge wondering what to cook... then it will usually end up being something not too healthy!
Congrats on your results so far, I'm edging closer to 20kg loss myself :-)
Thanks Belinda - it certainly makes life easier!
