Here's me working my butt off at the Dandy Dash - thanks to the Dandy Dash website for the photo! I believe this is the last hill so I'm overtaking a few people here, feeling good - after the knee had come good.WI was today, up 0.1 so nothing really. I had a couple of really nice nights out and am looking to get back under Goal next week. I'm off to a friend's place (Dana) to have some photos taken on Thursday for my official Goal pics. I'll have them up on here hopefully Friday.
