Well, after making LTM last week, I don't have to WI this week. And I think, same as the week after I made Goal, that I've had a bit of a "hangover". I ate too much on the weekend and am up on the scales. It was Dale's birthday on the weekend, and I catered a BBQ which was fine, but I ate too much of the good food and then had some of Dale's chockies - who would have known that a Lindt ball is 2 points! Anyway, I'm feeling back on track. I still need to get out of the habit of "needing" something after dinner, but I'm getting there. I made smaller portions for dinner last night and was still comfortably full.
I've started having bigger brekkies though, because I was getting into the habit of snacking at work - pray for me today as there is cake for morning and afternoon tea! So am having a large breakfast and will take a yoghurt along to morning tea. Fingers crossed.
On the rest of the life front, I'm still on the job hunt. My contract will finish at the end of July (it was extended from June) so I've still got a bit of time, but I'm being picky :-) I'll get something in the long run, and there's always agency nursing.
Anyway, short, a good weekend was had, food is back under control, I'm feeling a bit under the weather but still at work. Have a good one!

Hope you had a great week...it is soooooooo easy to be complacent now that we have done goal and LTM.....but good luck!
