My boss was playing with the camera at work the other day and took a snap of me. Thought I'd post it here. Bit of a change in the face! I really should get on to taking some photos post-Goal!
I've been feeling crap the last couple of days. Really bad headaches and a sore throat. I haven't been sick for ages! I wound up taking some valium last night because it was feeling like muscle spasm headaches and now I'm a bit spacey. Food and exercise-wise it's been a pretty good week. But the scales are not being kind. I'll weigh in tomorrow regardless, but I wish my body would get its act together and look after me! I'm trying really hard to look after it!!!! Anyway, will update after WI tomorrow.
